The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), formerly the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), was established in 1933. It is a state-funded deemed university in Mumbai. Recognized as an 'Institution of Eminence' and a 'Category 1 Institute' by the MHRD, ICT is a world-renowned institution for chemical engineering, chemical technology, and pharmaceutical sciences.
